2. Prodotti
I prodotti venduti sono bevande alcoliche.
L’acquisto è consentito esclusivamente a utenti maggiorenni, secondo la legislazione vigente nel Paese di destinazione.
Il Venditore si riserva il diritto di verificare l’età dell’acquirente.
3. Prezzi
Tutti i prezzi sono espressi in Euro (€) e comprensivi di IVA, salvo diversa indicazione.
Le spese di spedizione sono indicate separatamente prima della conferma dell’ordine.
4. Ordini e conclusione del contratto
Il contratto di vendita si intende concluso al momento della conferma dell’ordine da parte del Venditore tramite email.
5. Pagamenti
I pagamenti sono gestiti tramite provider terzi sicuri.
Il Venditore non memorizza né gestisce direttamente i dati di pagamento dell’utente.
6. Spedizioni e consegna
La spedizione avviene all’indirizzo indicato dall’utente in fase di ordine.
I tempi di consegna sono indicativi e possono variare in base alla destinazione e al corriere.
Il Venditore non è responsabile per ritardi imputabili al vettore o a cause di forza maggiore.
7. Diritto di recesso
Ai sensi del D.Lgs. 206/2005 (Codice del Consumo), l’utente ha diritto di recedere dall’acquisto entro 14 giorni dalla ricezione dei prodotti.
Il diritto di recesso è escluso per:
prodotti aperti;
prodotti sigillati che non si prestano a essere restituiti per motivi igienici o di tutela della salute.

8. Resi e rimborsi
I prodotti devono essere restituiti:
integri;
non utilizzati;
nell’imballo originale.
Il rimborso sarà effettuato entro 14 giorni dalla ricezione del reso, utilizzando lo stesso metodo di pagamento.
Le spese di restituzione sono a carico dell’utente, salvo diversa indicazione.
9. Garanzie e conformità
I prodotti sono conformi alla normativa vigente.
Eventuali difetti devono essere segnalati entro i termini previsti dalla legge.
10. Limitazione di responsabilità
Il Venditore non risponde di danni indiretti o consequenziali derivanti dall’uso improprio dei prodotti acquistati.
11. Proprietà intellettuale

È vietata qualsiasi riproduzione non autorizzata.
12. Legge applicabile e foro competente
I presenti Termini e Condizioni sono regolati dalla legge italiana.
Per ogni controversia sarà competente il Foro del luogo di sede del Venditore, salvo i diritti inderogabili del consumatore.

2. Products
The products sold are alcoholic beverages.
Purchases are permitted exclusively to users of legal drinking age, in accordance with the laws in force in the country of destination.
The Seller reserves the right to verify the purchaser’s age.
3. Prices
All prices are expressed in Euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs are indicated separately before order confirmation.
4. Orders and Conclusion of the Contract
The sales contract is deemed concluded when the Seller sends the order confirmation email to the customer.
5. Payments
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
The Seller does not store or directly manage payment details.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer at the time of order.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on destination and carrier.
The Seller shall not be held liable for delays attributable to the carrier or events of force majeure.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the products.

opened products;
sealed products which are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons.

8. Returns and Refunds
Returned products must be:
intact;
unused;
in their original packaging.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods, using the same payment method as the original transaction.
Unless otherwise specified, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

All products comply with applicable regulations.
Any defects must be reported within the time limits provided by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Seller shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from improper use of the purchased products.
